Max Meditation®️ is a simple yet powerful system designed to teach you how to truly meditate ~ whether you’re brand new to meditation or have years of experience.
This method blends ancient techniques from Yoga and Tibetan traditions with modern psychology, NLP, and mind-training practices, creating a balanced and effective approach for the modern world. Rather than forcing the mind into silence, Max Meditation gently guides you into a calm, focused, and receptive state.
The system was developed by Gudni Gudnason, who has spent over 40 years studying the mind and human potential through both Eastern spiritual practices and Western psychological training.

Full Spirit Activation
The Full Spirit Activation is a powerful activation that builds upon and deepens the effects of the Life Activation.

Cord Cutting
There are energetic cords that form links between you and other people.
Although some cords with spouses are appropriate, most of the cords we have are unhealthy. Sexual intercourse, even a deep kiss, results in you being corded to that person for seven years.
During that time, the energy keeps flowing between the two people, even though they may no longer be intimate or even in each other’s lives.
If the person you are corded with is at a lower vibrational level, you will give your energy away even when you are receiving work, because energy flows like water, from higher to lower.
